Customized Training

We provide customized, instructor-led training to focus concentrated knowledge on your most critical topics. Our team of subject-matter-experts will create time efficient and cost effective solutions to help you maximize your investment in information technology.

Training Room Rentals

We offer rental agreements for our professional training and conference rooms. Rental agreements are subject to adjustment based on DCI’s training schedule, but we will be glad to work with our customers to offer them a collaborative space.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted; as well as checks, purchase orders, and money orders. Training Vouchers may be purchased at any time during the year. Each voucher will be valid towards any scheduled training and may be utilized for any customized training.

Retake Policy:

Students may retake a class for any reason on a space available basis, for a period of up to one year from the start date of the originally scheduled class. Students must supply their original classroom manuals. Retakes for product upgrade classes will incur a fee for new books and classroom materials.

Cancellation Policy:

11 business days prior to class: student may request a full refund.
10 business days prior to class: No refund; student may reschedule with no additional penalties.
First day of class: no refund/may retake class.

DC Industries reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to a scheduling conflict or low enrollment. In the event of such an activity: DC Industries will refund the paid tuition and fees if requested.
