This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of project management. Topics will include: project initiation, project planning, project execution, and project closing. This course is focused on exposing students to skills-based experience by learning various methodologies and putting practical skills into application. On the third day of class, students will get one on one time with the instructor while being assisted with filling out their exam applications and will have the opportunity to ask questions related to any topics presented in the course.
