Course Title: Management of Risk (M_o_R®) Practitioner

Session(s): 2 Sessions

Class Time: 8:30AM-4:30PM

Course Overview:

The Management of Risk (M_o_R®) Practitioner course has been designed to provide students with the opportunity to practice the practical application of the M_o_R® method and covers the twelve M_o_R® principles; Approach, Process and the basic techniques essential to managing risks using the M_o_R® guidance. It will allow delegates to attempt a number of OTE style questions both in groups and individually.

Adopting the M_o_R® approach will enable organizations to meet the risk elements. It defines the essential building blocks to establish, develop, and embed risk management as a corporate process. M_o_R® covers a wide range of topics, including business continuity management, security, project/program risk management and operational service management. These topics need to be placed into the context of an organization’s framework for the Management of Risk. Some related topics such as security are highly specialized and the M_o_R® guidance provides only an overview of such aspects.
