Course Overview:
In this course students will learn about overall concepts, processes, policies, and best practices associated with the Service Operations discipline of the ITIL Service Lifecycle. Students will also learn the purpose, principles, activities, functions, and enabling technology and its implementation.
ITIL Service Operation describes best practices for managing services in supported environments. It provides guidance on how to maintain stability in service operation, allowing for changes in design, scale, scope, and service levels.
