Course Overview:

The ITIL Service Lifecycle: Service Strategy phase is the nexus upon which the other stages of the ITIL lifecycle are based. It is during this stage that the high level strategic, investment, and business values of each service are considered against other existing and proposed services. This course focuses on the planning, implementation, and optimization of Service Strategy concepts and processes.
ITIL Service Strategy provides guidance on how to view service management not only as an organizational capability but also as a strategic asset. It describes the principles underpinning the practice of service management, which are useful for developing service management policies, guidelines, and processes across the ITIL service lifecycle.
