Threat actor’s, regardless of their motivation (e.g., warfare espionage, crime, hacktivism, mischief, terrorism, or information operations), have a goal and they must successfully negotiate a series of steps to complete their mission. These steps can be depicted in logical sequences known as tactics and techniques.
