Training Vouchers may be purchased at any time during the year, each voucher will be valid towards any scheduled training as well as maybe utilized for any customized training.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. VISA, MasterCard, American Express are accepted as well as checks, Purchase orders and money orders.

Cancellation Policy:
11 days prior to class: student may request a full refund.
10 business days prior to class; No refund student may reschedule with no additional penalties: First day of class: no refund/may retake class.

Students may retake a class for any reason, on a space available basis, for a period of up to one year from the start date of the originally scheduled class. Students must supply their original classroom manuals. Retakes for product upgrade classes will incur a fee for new books and classroom materials.

DC Industries reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to a scheduling conflict or low enrollment. In the event of a such an activity: DC Industries will refund the paid tuition and fees if requested.
