Course Overview:
This course examines the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) approach as the way to structure any improvement initiatives. ITIL Practitioner also covers three key areas crucial for the success of any improvement initiatives:
- Organizational Change Management
- Communication
- Measurement and Metrics
Attendees would also have a clear understanding of how to structure improvement initiatives, and have greater confidence to drive them forward when applying their knowledge in the workplace.
Upon completion of the course attendees will be ready to take the certification exam leading to the ITIL Practitioner Certificate. This is a forty-question, multiple-choice examination lasting approximately 135 minutes.
